Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days upon receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, unmarked, kept in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact for resale.
Customized goods, personal hygiene items and final sale clearance products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping Cost Allocation
Manufacturing defects, wrong/missing items: We cover all round-trip shipping fees
Personal reasons (size issue, dislike, wrong order): Customers bear all return shipping fees; original delivery fee is non-refundable
Return Procedure
① Email service@marstreet.shop with your order number, return reason and product photos
② Our team will review within 1–2 business days and provide our Hong Kong return address upon approval
③ Send back the item and provide the tracking number
④ After inspection and confirmation, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be declined or partially deducted if goods are damaged or incomplete.
Exchange Policy
One-time exchange is available for personal reasons with customer covering outbound shipping. We cover shipping for quality-related exchanges.
Disputes
Wisai Limited reserves the final decision on all return disputes, governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
