      By accessing and placing orders on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agreed to these Terms of Service. The contract is entered into between you and Wisai Limited, governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
      1. Eligibility
         
        You must be aged 18 or above with full legal capacity. Illegal transactions via our website are strictly prohibited.
      2. Product Description
         
        Product images, sizes and colors are for reference only. Minor color variance and batch differences are normal. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing or inventory and issue full refunds.
      3. Payment Terms
         
        Orders take effect only after successful payment. We may suspend or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders at our discretion.
      4. Intellectual Property
         
        All texts, images, logos and product designs on this site are copyrighted by Wisai Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is forbidden.
      5. Limitation of Liability
         
        We shall not be liable for:
         
        · Failed delivery caused by incorrect address/phone provided by customers
         
        · Customs inspection, duty detention, international shipping delays or parcel loss
         
        · Force majeure including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes and policy changes
      6. Dispute Period
         
        All billing disputes must be raised within 30 days after payment; claims submitted beyond the period will not be entertained.
      7. Dispute Resolution
         
        Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of Hong Kong for judgment under Hong Kong law.
      8. Amendment
         
        We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time, with revisions effective upon posting on the website.
